»Kochtagebücher« (Cooking Diaries) revives historical recipes from the late 18th to early 20th centuries drawn from Peter Breuer’s collection, which spans over 15,000 handwritten pages, alongside photos of the original texts.
The recipes fond in personal cookbooks, have been translated into modern language to make them accessible to present-day readers.
Still lifes taken by the renowned photographer Hans Hansen accompany the recipes. The books are presented in their original size.
